
Momentum Edge Guarantee Program – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Momentum Edge Guarantee Program (the “Program”) offered by Momentum Edge (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you (“Subscriber” or “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
1. Program Overview
The Momentum Edge Guarantee Program guarantees that if you use your Momentum Edge Professional Annual Subscription as prescribed in the following eligibility requirements section, you will realize a minimum value returned of 200% in relation to your subscription cost for the same period. If you do not achieve the guaranteed value after completing the required steps, you may request a refund and cancel your subscription before your contracted renewal date.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 200% Value ROI guarantee, your agency must meet the following requirements:
- Qualifying Subscription(s): Only active customers with an annual Momentum Edge Professional subscription are eligible for the Guarantee Program.
- Complete Agency Profile: Ensure all agency information, including team members, links to your agency website, links to at least one social property, seven (7) or more appointed carriers, and agency appetite, is complete. Post a minimum of eleven (11) customer ratings and reviews.
- Producers Setup: At least two (2) Claim-it producers are recommended, but at least one (1) Claim-it producer is required to receive notifications (including their individual appetites set, and both email and SMS notifications are turned on).
- Claim-it Training Certification: Producers must complete the Claim-it training to ensure they are familiar with using the platform across all devices.
- Minimum Claim-it Purchase: Your agency must purchase a minimum of ten (10) referrals per month for the previous three (3) consecutive months before requesting a refund.
- Consumer Outreach: Producers must contact claimed referrals via text or call within ten (10) minutes of claiming them.
- Referral Feedback Submission: Producers must provide feedback, including the ultimate disposition of the engagement with each referral within the Momentum Edge agency portal.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, Momentum Edge must receive a written request for the refund, indicating your agency’s inability to achieve the 200% benchmark using the following link: https://www.trustedchoice.com/advantage/help-desk-request/
- The refund request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the end of the third consecutive month of claimed referrals.
- Your agency’s compliance with the requirements outlined in Section 2 will be verified by Momentum Edge staff.
- Notification of eligibility will be sent to the customer.
- The refund process typically takes 30–60 days.
Note: Late requests will not be considered.
4. Calculation of ROI
ROI is the relationship between an agency’s subscription cost and the value the agency receives from its participation in the Momentum Edge Professional subscription. The value is calculated by combining the elements of its profile as if purchased à la carte on the open market. ROI is not based on the agency’s commission or revenue.
Momentum Edge calculates the value ROI quarterly using our proprietary Agency Scorecard, which tracks performance metrics, including ROI.
5. Important Notes
- This Program is designed to support your success, but participation in all activities is not compulsory. However, failure to meet the outlined requirements will disqualify your agency from requesting a refund.
- Agencies are encouraged to claim at least fifteen (15) referrals per month. However, claiming fewer than ten (10) referrals will forfeit your eligibility to request a refund for that month.
- ROI metrics are based on estimates but will be updated to reflect actual performance within ninety (90) days of starting the Program. Momentum Edge reserves the right to adjust the ROI calculation formula to ensure fairness and accuracy.
6. Termination and Cancellation
- Only the subscription fee for the current year is eligible for a refund, which will be issued to the customer’s original form of payment.
- Unless a client is found to be eligible for a refund under this guarantee agreement, the general terms and conditions of the subscription are in force, and a client may not cancel before their annual contract date.
- We reserve the right to terminate the Program or your participation in the Program at any time if we suspect any fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Modification of Terms
Momentum Edge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
8. Limitation of Guarantee
Momentum Edge does not guarantee the availability, frequency, or volume of Claim-it® referral opportunities, as these depend on market demand, geographic factors, consumer behavior, and other external variables beyond our control. If, through no fault of Momentum Edge, you cannot meet the required elements of the guarantee—including but not limited to minimum referral volume or producer engagement—no refund will be issued.
