Advantage Guarantee Program – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Advantage Guarantee Program (the "Program") offered by TrustedChoice.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Program, you ("Subscriber" or "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

1. Program Overview

The Advantage Guarantee Program guarantees that, if you use your Advantage Professional Subscription as prescribed, you will see a minimum return on investment (ROI) of 200%. If, after completing the required steps, you do not achieve this ROI, you may request a refund and cancel your subscription.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 200% ROI guarantee, your agency must meet the following requirements:

• Complete Agency Profile: Ensure all agency information, including team members, links to your agency website, social properties, appointed carriers, and agency appetite, is complete. Achieve a minimum of five (5) customer ratings and reviews.
• Producers Setup: At least (2) Claim-it producers recommended, but at least (1) Claim-it producer is required to receive notifications (including their individual appetites set and both email and SMS turned on). 
• Claim-it Certification: Producers must complete the Claim-it Certification, ensuring that they are familiar with the use of the platform across all devices.
• Referral Claims: Your agency must claim a minimum of fifteen (15) referrals per month for three (3) consecutive months. Producers must contact claimed referrals via text or call within ten (10) minutes of claiming them.
• Feedback Submission: Producers must provide feedback for each referral within the TrustedChoice.com system.

3. Refund Process

To be eligible for a refund:

• The requirements outlined in Section 2 must be fulfilled in full.
• You must provide a written request for the refund, indicating your agency's inability to achieve the 200% ROI.
• The refund request must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the third consecutive month of claimed referrals.

4. Calculation of ROI

The ROI is calculated using our proprietary Scorecard, which tracks various performance metrics, including but not limited to:

• Agency profile display to local shoppers.
• Recommendations to appetite-matching shoppers.
• Website and social media traffic generated by TrustedChoice.com.
• Referrals generated via the Claim-it® system.

5. Important Notes

This program is designed to support your success, but participation in all activities is not compulsory. However, failure to meet the outlined requirements will disqualify your agency from requesting a refund.

The guarantee only applies to annual Advantage Professional subscriptions.

ROI metrics are based on estimates but will be updated to reflect actual performance within ninety (90) days of starting the Program.

TrustedChoice.com reserves the right to adjust the ROI calculation formula as necessary to ensure fairness and accuracy.

6. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation before completing the necessary requirements will void your eligibility for a refund.

We reserve the right to terminate the Program or your participation in the Program at any time if we suspect any fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Modification of Terms

TrustedChoice.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
